What this site collects, and what it does not.
This is short because there is not much to say. The only data this site collects is what you type into the demo form on the front page, plus two things your browser sends along with it. This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics pixel, so there is nothing borrowed here about ones it does not use.
Exactly what the form on the front page asks for.
When you submit the demo form, we collect your name, work email and organisation, which the form requires, and optionally your role, phone number and a description of what you want to make, if you choose to fill those in. Alongside what you typed, we record the page you submitted it from and your browser's user-agent string — both arrive with any form submission, and neither is something we go looking for beyond that.
We do not store your IP address.
The demo form is rate-limited so the same visitor cannot resubmit it
in a loop, and that limit is keyed on a salted, one-way SHA-256 hash
of your address rather than on the address itself. The table the limit
reads from — marketing.intake_throttle — carries a
database constraint on that column requiring a 64-character
hexadecimal value, which is what a hash looks like and not what an IP
address looks like. The database will not accept an address there.
This is not a policy we are promising to hold to; it is a schema that
cannot hold one.
To reply to you, and for no other reason.
We use what you submit to arrange the demo and to answer whatever you asked in it. It is not sold, not shared with anyone outside Grey Neural Technologies Private Limited, not used for advertising, and not used to train a model.
While the enquiry is live, for a while after, then gone.
We keep a demo enquiry for as long as it takes to answer it, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up on it. We do not publish a fixed number of months for that period — a number stated here because a privacy page is expected to have one is not a number anyone has actually decided to hold to, and this page states only what we can back. What bounds it is purpose, not a clock: an enquiry is not kept for anything beyond arranging and answering it, and once that purpose is served, it is deleted. If you would rather it were deleted sooner, tell the Grievance Officer below and we will do it on request.
What the DPDP Act gives you, and how to use it.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw any consent you gave us as easily as you gave it. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. Write to the Grievance Officer below for any of these, and we will act on it — deletion included, even inside the retention window above.
